Partially renovated in 2015, Casa Laura is perfect for a family holiday. It can welcome 4 people and has 2 bedrooms.
Even if it is adjacent to another house, Casa Laura has its own private entrance, via external staircase landing on a small balcony, facing Casa Bellavista. The interior is decorated following the tones of yellow and blue, contrasting the pure white of the thick stone walls, typical of Liguria.
The floor is made with marble stones, with colorful frames of Moroccan azulejos on the tones of blue, green and yellow.
The house can host 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
The space is divided on two levels:
Ground floor:
Kitchen + Dining room Living room Bathroom (with shower)
First floor:
Bedroom 1 (double bed) Bedroom 2 (2 single beds)
From Bedroom 1 it is possible to access the outdoor area, used by all the guests of the three houses. The back garden has a swimming pool and it’s fully equipped to enjoy the outdoors at best. Lounging chairs, outdoor furniture to dine “all’aperto” and a pool room that has a shower and a changing room.
From Casa Laura, by car, it’s possible to reach Dolcedo, San Remo, Imperia, or the coast, to spend a day on the beach.
