Casa Bellavista owes its name to the fantastic view from the terrace on the top floor, overlooking the green valley, spanning to the horizon to the sea. Casa Bellavista has a private access, via external staircase leading to a small romantic “terrazzino”.
Renovated in 2015, Casa Bellavista has elegant furniture, on the tones of blue and yellow. The kitchen has been completely refurbished and renovated in 2020. It can host 4 people, in two separate bedrooms. The pearl of the house is the upper floor bedroom, that thanks to the 4 full-height windows, looks out on the terrace. From the bedroom the gaze can wander directly on the evocative landscape.
The space is divided onto two levels:
Ground floor:
Kitchen Living room (with access to the outside area) Dining room Bathroom (with shower) Bedroom 1 (2 single beds or 1 double bed)
First floor:
Bedroom 2 (double bed) Terrace
The terrace is complete with outside furniture, perfect to sunbathe and to relax in the open. Besides that, the guests can also use the swimming pool area, also fully equipped with lounging chairs and changing room.
The wood elements and the touches of color characterize the house, as the thick white stone walls and the refined country atmosphere. Casa Bellavista is warm, sunny and tastefully decorated.
From Casa Bellavista, by car, it is possible to reach Dolcedo, San Remo, Imperia and the coast, to enjoy the Ligurian seaside.
